Construction of a commercial building intended for medical clinics. A three story building on top of the ground floor and, in addition, two floors of a parking basement with a total construction area of 4,300 square meters. The building is divided into women's and children's clinics and a pharmacy and is split between the Maccabi and Clalit Healthcare Funds.
