A triple story textured urban building of a floor area of 1,000 square meters, which blends into the urban side of Dizengoff St. and contains a kindergarten on the ground floor and a kindergarten on the top floor with an ""upper courtyard"" on the roof of the building. The mezzanine floor a home to a family healthcare center (Tipat Halav). The project also renovated the Mandelstam Garden.
