The Holmes Place Family Club sports club in Beer Sheva is located in the newly developing Nahal Park neighborhood in the south of the city.
The center, in an area of 15 dunams, includes a two-story building with an area of approximately 4,600 sqm. containing a gym, studio and activity rooms, an activity room for children, an indoor swimming pool, changing rooms, a cafeteria, a store and administrative and service rooms, and in addition a strip of commercial spaces with an area of 400 sqm.
In the open areas there is a seasonal swimming pool, a toddler pool, lawns and sitting areas.
The project is planned for Holmes Place and is executed by Padlon.
