A training complex and a central stadium in the Ariel Sharon neighborhood in Nahariya with a total area of about 70 dunams.
The complex includes a central football pitch made of natural grass and a stand for 500 spectators in phase I (in the final phase - 5,000 spectators), two soccer pitches made of synthetic turff, two small pitches, a central operations building with an area of approximately 750 square meters, parking lots, paths and development.
The project is planned in collaboration with Miller Bloom Landscape Architects.
