A regional stadium with a final capacity of 12,000 spectators and even three stages of construction: first stage - 3,000 spectators, second stage - 6,000 spectators, third stage and last - 12,000 spectators.
Below the stands are gyms, clubs, training rooms, administration and administration areas, a judges' room, a communication room, a fireplace area, water and two cafeterias.
