A school sports hall and innovation center of a floor area of about 2,000 square meters located on the border of Bat Yam and Tel Aviv.
Due to space constraints, the project is built on two floors and is divided into two wings connected to each other.
The Innovation Center wing is located on the ground floor, and includes four study spaces and another unique space that opens onto the main foyer to create a multi-purpose space for exhibitions, conferences, lectures, etc., a teachers' room, individual rooms, toilets, administration offices and a storeroom. The sports hall wing extends over the two floors of the building and includes players' locker rooms, referees' rooms and public toilets on the ground floor and a basketball court with a stand for 150 spectators on the first floor.
